All nonprofit organizations are required by law to maintain a fundraising program. As of August, 2003, we have our full 501 (c) (3) exempt status, so any deduction is deductible for the donor.

Since we are a new operation, we can use about anything, such as the following. Also if we cannot use your donation, we can either find someone else who can, such as one of our clients or families, or we can sell the item and utilize the cash for more immediate needs:

• Office Equipment--copy machine, fax, filing supplies, printer paper, etc.
• Techno Equipment--Mac and PC's, digital cameras, CD burner, PowerPoint projector, etc.
• Land--we want to construct a labyrinth locally for youth to use

Yes, we can really use plain money. We need to buy phone lines and equipment, web hosting, health insurance, accounting software, labyrinth collectibles for our eventual center building, subscriptions, travel costs, and so on.
